The Pen Behind the Pages
Fictional Stories Full of Real Emotion.
I'm a neurospicy author from a small town in North Carolina. When I'm not reading books or writing them, I'm spending time with my family and our bloodhound, Albus.
I've loved writing and literature since childhood and it's saved me more than once.
Writing has always been a form of therapy for me. Creating characters and building their worlds has been a passion since I was a little girl with an old typewriter. After lots of life lessons and many years of doing other things, I decided to share those stories with others.
My characters are fictional, but their experiences are relatable. I want to create stories that make the reader feel something.
Like me, the characters I write are imperfect and messy. Their stories are not free from chaos. In fact, they're quiet the opposite, but my hope is that the words will find readers who connect with them. They'll help someone else feel more seen and maybe even help someone learn that we are so much more than our insecurites or diagnoses.
I spend most days in my home library, surrounded by stories I love, and a snoring hound.
